Generally, a mortgage loan is a person’s most powerful financial tool. However, few people, including most mortgage lenders, realize this. Having been in the mortgage/real estate industry for over 15 years, I have helped many clients understand and compare various mortgage options during their home purchase or refinance.
However, as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, I go much further than that. As a CMPS I specialize in Mortgage Planning which looks beyond just monthly payment and interest rate. Using a detailed Mortgage Planning Process, I help my clients develop a strategy to use their mortgage to maximize their cash flow, build equity in their homes and ultimately, increase their net worth.
Part of this Mortgage Planning Process is learning about my clients and their current and future financial goals. I work closely with them and their other financial advisors to ensure that their mortgage is structured correctly for their individual situation AND that it is integrated into their short-term and long-term financial plan so they can attain those goals. And unlike most other mortgage lenders, I keep in touch with my clients after their mortgage closing with an Annual Equity Review to ensure that their mortgage continues to work for them.
I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you so that we can start the Mortgage Planning Process for you. Then, we can schedule an appointment to get together and start working towards achieving your financial goals.
Please call or e-mail me and let me know the best phone number and time of day to reach you. Or, if you prefer to start right away, you can click on the Loan Application button above my picture and provide some basic information now. Either way, I will followup with you as soon as possible so we can get going!
Thank you for your time. I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your financial goals!
Sincerely,
Carolyn Blondin CMPS® Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist
